I have Shamrock c707 monitor. This monitor shows same shadows. Vertical lines are blurred, pictures are black and white, I think it is crt driver cva2412. There is another problem, line tranzistor and damper diode is very hot. I use almost all width of hv. Between cva2412 first pin and 12 V DC is 390 om resistor. By the datasheet of cva2412 this rezistor is unnecesary. So I direckly conect this pin to 12V and appear net.
